中國遠程教育的現(xiàn)狀及對策

The Current Situation and Countermeasures of China’s Modern Distance Education
Abstract
In today’s China, with the rapid development of society, information technology is widely used in the field of education, which has gradually become a trend. Information technology is driving Distance Education to change from the traditional field to the Modern Distance Education by leaps and bounds. Most of the countries and regions in the world have set the Modern Distance Education as the educational development strategy. There are still many problems to be solved in China’s Modern Distance Education, which are the underlying causes hindering the rapid and healthy development of China’s Modern Distance Education. Faced with the unbalanced situation of Chinas Education between western areas and eastern areas, this thesis firstly summarizes the developmental achievements of Modern Distance Education in China; secondly, on basis of the Chinese education, this thesis systemically analyzes the value positioning of the Modern Distance Education in Chinas education system from the perspective of the Modern Distance Education’s concept, structure and mode; finally, it proposes some macro-countermeasures to change the current situation.

摘 要
當今時代,隨著社會的快速發(fā)展,在教育領(lǐng)域的應用日趨廣泛,教育的信息化趨勢日益明顯。世界大多數(shù)國家和地區(qū)已經(jīng)將現(xiàn)代遠程教育納入教育發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。目前中國現(xiàn)代遠程教育中還存在著很多亟待解決的問題,而這些問題就是制約中國遠程教育不能快速健康發(fā)展的根本原因。面對我國東西部教育發(fā)展不平衡的狀況,本文首先總結(jié)了現(xiàn)代遠程教育發(fā)展所取得的成就;其次,在中國教育的大背景下,從現(xiàn)代遠程教育觀念、結(jié)構(gòu)、模式的變革趨勢出發(fā),系統(tǒng)地分析了現(xiàn)代遠程教育在中國教育體系中的價值定位;最后,提出了旨在解決當前我國遠程教育現(xiàn)狀的宏觀對策。
