不同隔振系統(tǒng)的效果比較分析

摘 要: 根據(jù)力學(xué)和振動(dòng)原理,在單層隔振系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了彈簧并聯(lián)的并聯(lián)隔振系統(tǒng)和彈簧串并聯(lián)的混合隔振系統(tǒng)的力學(xué)模型。對3種隔振系統(tǒng)的力學(xué)模型進(jìn)行了理論分析,利用Matlab進(jìn)行了數(shù)值分析。使用彈簧并聯(lián)的并聯(lián)隔振裝置后在  0.8的條件下也可以起到隔振的作用,得出了彈簧的剛度k可以取得比較大,這會(huì)使彈簧可以支撐較大的機(jī)器或設(shè)備,而且隔振的作用范圍也擴(kuò)展到了低頻區(qū)域。但是單純的彈簧并聯(lián)隔振還是有1定的局限性,又設(shè)計(jì)了1種彈簧串并混合的方式,使得隔振的作用范圍更廣,能更好的滿足工業(yè)需求。

But the pure spring parallelvibration isolation or has the certain limitation, also has designedone kind of spring string and the mix way, causes the vibrationisolation the sphere of action to be broader, can the bettersatisfied industry demand.
