摘  要：
本文描述了中小型企業(yè)的新型石材裁板機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)過程。其設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容包括：切頭部分進(jìn)給傳動(dòng)方案；石材加工長(zhǎng)度方向進(jìn)給方案；石材加工寬度方向采用在工作臺(tái)導(dǎo)軌上的進(jìn)給方案；切割頭垂直方向的調(diào)節(jié)采用絲杠螺母的傳動(dòng)方案。其次，工作臺(tái)面可以轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)角度，這樣，就可以把石材按1定的角度切割加工，將寬2~3m長(zhǎng)的石板材按給定的寬度裁開，要求石材裁板機(jī)工作穩(wěn)定，成本低廉，適于中、小型企業(yè)使用。

ABSTRACT：
