GOT official offer letter

昨天睡很早，不過(guò)白天還是困困的。上午先是接到外包公司的電話確認(rèn)到職時(shí)間，我說(shuō)8月27日，然后她還是希望我能更早一些，我說(shuō)要今天收到正式offer郵件再跟主管提出離職。這通電話之后我就萌生催W發(fā)OFFER的想法，于是打電話，那邊便說(shuō)今天就發(fā)合同給我，他們的hr下周就出差回來(lái)到時(shí)候可以看到紙件，順便又提醒說(shuō)合同寫的到職時(shí)間是8月20日。我說(shuō)8月27日比較保險(xiǎn)，因?yàn)榻唤邮乱耍�不過(guò)她說(shuō)因?yàn)檫@樣要跟hr再次溝通改合同什么的...我也不好意思再說(shuō)什么，就說(shuō)盡快辦理離職之類了。

     晚上打算在公司看會(huì)資料，后來(lái)也沒(méi)呆多久就想回家了。昨天L兄從sz飛到bj參加面試，說(shuō)情況不好，情緒極度低落，便請(qǐng)他吃飯不提工作，不想今晚我推車從車庫(kù)出來(lái)便接到他電話說(shuō)好消息，昨天面的公司已經(jīng)給OFFER了，原來(lái)就是CIeNET，待遇正好就是他的期望值，還不錯(cuò)。然后又幾乎拿下alcatel-lucent，因?yàn)閼?yīng)聘的職位正好就是他的領(lǐng)域，技術(shù)面非常之順利，走的時(shí)候還被那個(gè)manager暗示沒(méi)有問(wèn)題，就剩下hr談待遇...這下他可以心滿意足的回去了~俺是多么希望俺下周也這么順利阿

     到家第一件事情就是收郵件，163和gmail各收到一封，外包是不打算去了，直接瞅W的，郵寄兩個(gè)附件，果然就是合同，看到23頁(yè)滿紙英文，從里面找到自己關(guān)注的還真不容易，后來(lái)終于在一個(gè)地方找到了月薪的字眼，呵呵，沒(méi)出息吧，然后找保險(xiǎn)，好像沒(méi)寫什么數(shù)字，本著信任的原則我放棄專研，繼續(xù)找阿找，找到了年休假，有個(gè)朋友跟我說(shuō)人家的年休是不是把五一和十一算進(jìn)去了？我事后頗郁悶，所以再次確認(rèn)，年休是去除PRC法定假日的，呼呼，另一個(gè)附件是講stock，***share后面還跟了一段話講什么，掃了一眼沒(méi)怎么明白~其他的細(xì)節(jié)就以后研究吧，看到了心就安穩(wěn)了。o(∩_∩)o...

6.1              You will be entitled to an annual paid leave in each calendar year (in addition to statutory holidays) to be taken at a time or at times convenient to the Company, at the following rates:

Less Than 3 years                          15

3 to Less Than 6 Years                  17

6 to Less Than 10 Years                19

10 or More Years                         22

            Such accrued paid leave is to be taken between 1st January and 31st December in proportion to the number of months of service completed during the calendar year of accrual.  Leave not taken by you during this period shall be considered forfeited.

6.2       Additional to the leave entitlement referred in 6.1 above, you will enjoy all normal public and statutory holidays as recognized by the Company in conformance with the laws of the PRC.
