responsibilities:
1. assist clients to formulate ecrm strategy and carry out effective proposal, plan the development of corporate clients;
2. reasonably formulate the phased objectives and overall control plan of the project, clearly divide the work content, determine the realization of phased goals, and adjust the project plan in time according to various changes;
3. coordinate the resources of all parties and fully manage the project planning and implementation so as to ensure the progress and quality control of the project;
4. manage the project planning and implementation, control the project process, effectively monitor and coordinate the project implementation;

6. understand how to leverage tmall tools and ali data eco-system (data bank, uni-crm, 會(huì)員通,etc.)
7. sense of crm, customer engagement and can leverage digitalization to retain customers
8. beauty industry experience is a plus
