秘訣1 寫(xiě)好開(kāi)頭
首先應(yīng)該表明你是在何家媒體看到應(yīng)聘廣告以及所要應(yīng)聘職位的名稱，如：(1)in answer to your advertisement in(媒體名稱，括號(hào)里只要按照實(shí)際情況填寫(xiě)，下同)

秘訣4 證明能力

秘訣6 當(dāng)心結(jié)尾

秘訣7 注意附件
這個(gè)部分視具體情況而定，如果有詳細(xì)的簡(jiǎn)歷，或者是用人單位需要的材料，附在求職信中時(shí)，需要注明，如：(1)enclosed please find a resume，a photo and an autobiography.(2)a copy of my transcript is enclosed.
另外還有一些內(nèi)容雖然不屬于求職信的一部分，但是也不能忽視，如求職信的用紙，一般采用a4幅面的紙張，正文用打印機(jī)打印出來(lái)，信末必須親筆簽名。打印字體不宜過(guò)大，這樣會(huì)增加篇幅，也不宜太小，給別人增添麻煩。字體不要采用花體，用黑體、宋體、仿宋就可以了，顯得正式而尊重。如沒(méi)有特殊情況，盡量少用彩色。總之簡(jiǎn)潔大方就可以了，不要弄得過(guò)于花哨。
