  溫馨提示:什么樣的簡(jiǎn)歷更受青睞

  一、內(nèi)容必須真實(shí)

  在簡(jiǎn)歷的寫作中,無(wú)論是工作經(jīng)歷、專業(yè)知識(shí)還是能力水平,哪怕是任何一個(gè)細(xì)小的地方,都必須要遵守一個(gè)原則。那就是“真實(shí)”。內(nèi)容信息的真實(shí)與否,是考驗(yàn)求職者對(duì)自我的一種負(fù)責(zé)任的態(tài)度。如果內(nèi)容虛假,那么在被企業(yè)單位發(fā)現(xiàn)后,求職者也必定會(huì)被打上“不誠(chéng)信”的標(biāo)簽,那么也注定無(wú)法獲得優(yōu)秀的工作機(jī)會(huì)。

  二、目標(biāo)一定明確

  如何讓HR覺得你能夠勝任這份工作?重點(diǎn)就在于,簡(jiǎn)歷所透露出來(lái)的對(duì)目標(biāo)職位的確定性,即求職意向明確。至于簡(jiǎn)歷中的一些內(nèi)容,如工作經(jīng)歷等也應(yīng)該圍繞這個(gè)目標(biāo)職位展開。一些公司的職位申請(qǐng),尤其是較為知名的企業(yè),他們更希望知道的是求職者對(duì)自己工作職位的明確認(rèn)知和具體定位。那些對(duì)自己的工作沒有任何定位的人,往往就是最容易被淘汰的。

  三、簡(jiǎn)潔但要厚實(shí)

  一份簡(jiǎn)歷的簡(jiǎn)潔在于,把求職者最大的特點(diǎn)在一張紙的篇幅內(nèi)呈現(xiàn)給HR。據(jù)西門子公司校園招聘負(fù)責(zé)人介紹,在第一輪的簡(jiǎn)歷篩選時(shí),平均每份簡(jiǎn)歷最多只有30秒的時(shí)間。這也就意味著,不能夠在這30秒內(nèi)把自身優(yōu)勢(shì)展示出來(lái)的簡(jiǎn)歷,就會(huì)被淘汰。因而長(zhǎng)篇大論的簡(jiǎn)歷是不可取的。

  而所謂厚實(shí),是指必須把簡(jiǎn)歷充實(shí)起來(lái),特別是工作經(jīng)歷和能力水平這兩塊,而不是一兩句話就隨意帶過。

  四、采用倒敘方法

  一般在交代工作經(jīng)歷的時(shí)候,都要選擇按一定的時(shí)間順序來(lái)敘述。而HR建議,最好是運(yùn)用倒敘手法,從最接近的時(shí)間開始寫。這樣更容易讓篩選簡(jiǎn)歷的考官們看到簡(jiǎn)歷中重要的信息內(nèi)容。而不管采用哪種方式,便于閱讀是最主要的`原則。

  五、莫寫所有經(jīng)驗(yàn)

  是不是該把所有經(jīng)歷都寫上,以顯示經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富?——并不是的。

  在簡(jiǎn)歷中,只需要把符合求職目標(biāo)的相關(guān)經(jīng)歷和經(jīng)驗(yàn)重點(diǎn)描述出來(lái)即可。因?yàn)檫@些相關(guān)經(jīng)歷,能夠證明你適合這份工作,可以勝任自己的崗位。而剩下的一些經(jīng)歷可以略寫甚至不寫。這樣既不會(huì)拖沓,又能在短時(shí)間內(nèi)把突出自己的經(jīng)歷亮點(diǎn)。

  六、不同公司簡(jiǎn)歷不同

  公司不相同,職位不相同,簡(jiǎn)歷的制作針對(duì)點(diǎn)自然也不相同。對(duì)HR而言,校園招聘是想招到符合公司定位的畢業(yè)大學(xué)生。這也就決定了,求職者在做簡(jiǎn)歷的時(shí)候,必須要結(jié)合各個(gè)不同企業(yè)的具體情況和要求,做出符合不同企業(yè)口味的簡(jiǎn)歷。
