  溫馨提示:職場(chǎng)如何和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)相處?

  一、積極溝通,與上司相互理解

  如今越來越多的90后開始步入職場(chǎng),這些職場(chǎng)新人大部分都是獨(dú)生子女,大多習(xí)慣于以自我為中心并缺乏與他人溝通的思維和技巧。其實(shí)對(duì)于大多數(shù)新人來說首先應(yīng)該學(xué)會(huì)恰當(dāng)處理與上司的關(guān)系,取得上司的好感和賞識(shí)幫助,這樣會(huì)更有利于自己做好工作,并取得進(jìn)步。

  具體來說,首先應(yīng)該服從上司的指示,不要有逆反心理。下級(jí)服從上級(jí)是起碼的組織原則,如果對(duì)于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的決策有意見,應(yīng)該積極溝通,相互理解。其次,要熟悉上司的心理特征,了解他為人處事的風(fēng)格。上司也是人,都有七情六欲,只有心理上互相熟悉才能減少互相之間的摩擦事件和沖突,更有利于進(jìn)行溝通。最后,要敢于彌補(bǔ)上司的失誤,而不僅僅是用語言互相指責(zé)。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)難免會(huì)有出錯(cuò)的.時(shí)候,這時(shí)候既不能因?yàn)楹ε律纤静桓吲d就對(duì)錯(cuò)誤視而不見,也要盡量少用“逆耳忠言”,避免讓領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下不來臺(tái),最好的做法應(yīng)該是積極幫領(lǐng)導(dǎo)彌補(bǔ),時(shí)間一長自然會(huì)贏得領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的信任。

  二、拋棄偏見,與上司無障礙溝通

  現(xiàn)實(shí)中有很多人會(huì)下意識(shí)地把自己和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)立起來,認(rèn)為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)處在自己的對(duì)立面,一方面不愿意主動(dòng)與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)溝通和交往,另一方面還會(huì)認(rèn)為那些與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)關(guān)系好的人都是些“溜須拍馬”之人,與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)搞好關(guān)系是“潛規(guī)則”、“有內(nèi)幕”。其實(shí)這很多時(shí)候都是自己的臆想而已,套用一句哲人說的話就是“你眼中看到的,其實(shí)是你心里以為的”,正是因?yàn)槟阒饔^上的偏見,才讓自己不愿意與上司交往,甚至對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)莫名其妙的抵觸,繼而影響到自己的工作和發(fā)展?赡阌袥]有想過,你的上司當(dāng)年也許就是和你一樣出身寒門、依靠自己點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴的汗水和拼搏才贏得今天成績(jī)的讀書人?如果他不是你上司的話,你會(huì)不會(huì)因?yàn)樗膫(gè)人閱歷而愿意與他交往呢?
