首先,在簡(jiǎn)歷正文后面緊接著將回答問(wèn)題的紙張帶上,不要將其放到靠后的位置,比如第一頁(yè)是簡(jiǎn)歷正文,第二頁(yè)是案例,第三頁(yè)是證書,第四頁(yè)才是回答問(wèn)題的紙張。應(yīng)該將回答問(wèn)題的紙張放在第二頁(yè),因?yàn)檫@是企業(yè)點(diǎn)名要求的東西,所以你應(yīng)該將其放到靠前的位置。當(dāng)然也不用將其放在簡(jiǎn)歷正文的前面,因?yàn)楹?jiǎn)歷有簡(jiǎn)歷的格式,一般出現(xiàn)在最前面的不是封面就是求職信、或者簡(jiǎn)歷正文。不要只記得企業(yè)的問(wèn)題就忘記了簡(jiǎn)歷的基本格式,要懂得大體以什么為主再去做好局部的工作。
其次,就是怎么回答企業(yè)提出的問(wèn)題,這里就說(shuō)說(shuō)幾個(gè)原則,第一,回答企業(yè)的任何問(wèn)題都不能對(duì)企業(yè)有關(guān)的東西進(jìn)行攻擊,哪怕企業(yè)要求你對(duì)其缺陷進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。比方企業(yè)問(wèn)你怎么看待其在業(yè)務(wù)拓展方面緩慢這個(gè)問(wèn)題,你不能真的'去說(shuō)企業(yè)在哪些方面不足,其實(shí)你可以轉(zhuǎn)換下說(shuō)話的角度,企業(yè)想你說(shuō)其不好的地方,那你可以說(shuō)企業(yè)怎么做可以令其業(yè)務(wù)拓展速度加快。你可以提出解決這個(gè)問(wèn)題的一些措施,如此既做到了回答問(wèn)題又提出了實(shí)質(zhì)性的措施,利用這個(gè)措施還可以展現(xiàn)你的個(gè)人能力是不是?第二,不要以一種高姿態(tài)回答問(wèn)題,而應(yīng)該以一種下級(jí)對(duì)上級(jí)進(jìn)行建議的方式回答問(wèn)題。
