一、問候
俗話說萬事開頭難，一旦有個好的開頭，考生就能進入狀態(tài)，逐漸放松，自然應對。自我介紹的問候語部分是個簡單鋪墊，不需要太長，一兩句話即可。此時請注意面帶微笑，表情自然，最好與對面的面試老師有目光交流，如果擔心緊張，可以環(huán)視一周。
1. 稱呼：dear professors，respected professors
2. 套話：
該部分的套話內(nèi)容大體包括：感謝給自己面試機會;問好。內(nèi)容應該簡練，導師真正想聽的是后面的內(nèi)容，切忌在此部分內(nèi)容太長。

二、自我介紹
1. 基本情況
該部分包括考生的姓名，年齡，家鄉(xiāng)，家庭情況，性格愛好等基本信息。
注意：
(1)家庭情況(例如家庭有幾口人，父母職業(yè)等)可不必單獨說出，或者家庭情況可以作為后面的鋪墊，例如自己喜歡某個專業(yè)或自己立志考某個學校專業(yè)是和家庭某成員有關(建議此處不要隨意編造，以免隨后老師會根據(jù)這個提問更細節(jié)問題時無話可說。)
(2)性格愛好也非必須，尤其在自己準備的專業(yè)相關等更重要內(nèi)容比較多時，可以不寫性格愛好。如果要寫，也建議著重強調(diào)自己的個性和所報考的專業(yè)的契合處。例如踏實、細心、團隊協(xié)作、動手能力強等。
(3)介紹家鄉(xiāng)時，可以稍作拓展，例如介紹家鄉(xiāng)的特色文化等。

2. 學習情況

�、跍蕚淇佳械倪^程和付出的努力：可以簡單說明考研期間自己的作息，心態(tài)的自我調(diào)整，如何排解壓力如何堅持等，這樣能體現(xiàn)你追求學業(yè)的堅韌和努力。
�、垩芯可A段的計劃：以學習和與專業(yè)相關的實踐為主。

注意事項：
1. 自我介紹不必追求過于華麗的辭藻，以免考場上忘記這些自己本不熟悉的詞匯。
2. 自我介紹不宜太長，2-3分鐘比較理想。
3. 要多練習幾遍，但也不必像背書那樣，避免過于僵硬顯得不自信。
4. 如果緊張可通過深呼吸等緩解，如果忽然忘記接著要說什么，可以說I just feel a little bit nervous, because this is my first time to have such an interview.來給自己爭取而一些時間，避免空白尷尬，讓自己更為緊張。
