　　自薦信要求

　　1、求真務(wù)實。寫自薦信務(wù)必本著實事求是的態(tài)度，切不可弄虛作假。有些畢業(yè)生為了增加自己在人才市場的競爭力，弄虛作假，自欺欺人，涂改自己的學(xué)習(xí)成績，夸大自己的特長，在是否當(dāng)學(xué)生干部一欄自封幾個頭銜，在獎懲一欄憑空捏造幾項榮譽，這些錯誤思想和做法都很不足取。

　　推薦信顧名思義，主要是作為推薦之用，主要為了說明被推薦人的優(yōu)秀以及推薦原因，所以要在推薦信中概括被推薦人的在校表現(xiàn)及先進事跡或者獎勵經(jīng)歷等內(nèi)容，比如“在校表現(xiàn)良好，尊敬師長，團結(jié)同學(xué)，曾獲得XXX獎”等等，但是要注意的是，千萬不要太過夸大其詞，要盡量根據(jù)自己的情況切合實際。

　　2、突出個性，巧妙包裝。

　　3、掌握分寸，措詞得體。

　　4、有的放矢。寫自薦信應(yīng)講究分寸。

　　推薦信要突出個人亮點。在推薦信中，并不是把這個人的優(yōu)點寫得面面俱到就是好推薦信，因為這樣并沒有突出申請者與眾不同的亮點。同時，在國外的院校里，他們每天要收到很多封推薦信，有亮點的信自然會吸引人的注意。一封推薦信中有一個主要的閃光點并有具體例子佐證你的優(yōu)點即可，這樣會給招生人員留下較為深刻的印象。

　　注意事項一

　　常常有學(xué)生把準(zhǔn)備好了的推薦信拿來讓翻譯，寫的比個人陳述還長，其實這樣完全沒有必要。浪費時間還費力不討好。推薦人只要就學(xué)生的特質(zhì)著重突出兩到三點即可。至于其它，一語帶過。這樣看起來有主有次，輕重分明。

　　注意事項二

　　推薦人一般都是請老師來充當(dāng)。這種情況下，不用太多地提及學(xué)生平時是怎么做義工，從幾歲開始會彈琴，課下有多么發(fā)奮圖強爭分奪秒地學(xué)習(xí)等等。因為大學(xué)老師基本都比較忙，更有很多是身兼數(shù)職的，他們根本沒那么多時間去跟一個學(xué)生接觸，并且去那么全面深入地了解學(xué)生。老師就是教課，更多的是從課堂上跟學(xué)生交流互動，所以建議從這里入手。一個從教多年的老師，會很快看出一個學(xué)生對學(xué)習(xí)的態(tài)度和熱情，在那些方面有優(yōu)勢劣勢。作為推薦人，所陳述的內(nèi)容應(yīng)該是很有針對性地去評價學(xué)生的表現(xiàn)，對于學(xué)生的優(yōu)點長處給予熱情的肯定并進行推薦，而不是平平淡淡地把學(xué)生方方面面都夸一遍。
