Through four years of professional study, I deeply love their profession. Professional learning makes me familiar with knowledge of HR management, including staff recruitment, training, performance appraisal and compensation management knowledge. 大量的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)使我有機(jī)會(huì)接觸各種各樣的人，遇到各種各樣的困難。在處理這些問(wèn)題的同時(shí)我鍛煉了自身的處事能力，能全面思考問(wèn)題，對(duì)事物有自己的見(jiàn)解。這些既培養(yǎng)了我的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，又使我能袒誠(chéng)面對(duì)自身的問(wèn)題。
