求職信撰寫基本技巧
1.表現(xiàn)自我的個(gè)性及特質(zhì)
建議使用積極正面的陳述方式。
2.文章不可冗長
控制在總共四段、每段五行以內(nèi)。
3.前瞻性的氣魄
具有勇于突破與開創(chuàng)氣質(zhì)的人是外商公司的最愛。因此并不需要對之前辭職的原委做太多的解釋。
4.少用第一人稱
為了避免流于自大與主觀的缺點(diǎn)，盡量少用第一人稱。
說明你從何處得知這個(gè)工作機(jī)會
這是最基本的部份。一般來說會將媒體廣告的名稱改用別的字體書寫或用底線加以標(biāo)記。在這個(gè)段落中也可加上你的目標(biāo)。
強(qiáng)調(diào)自己就是最佳的人選
這是最精華的段落。要依據(jù)求才廣告的內(nèi)容，將自己的能力及特色恰如其份的包裝起來。不過在工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足的情況下，要避免將自己吹噓的過分離譜。
在結(jié)尾部份注意應(yīng)有的禮貌
最后的部份建議要以感謝對方在百忙之中閱讀這份履歷，并且“誠摯的期望能得到面試的機(jī)會”、“希望有榮幸能為公司效力”這樣的句子作為結(jié)尾，讓主管留下好的印象。
