在內(nèi)科實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)程中,我遇見(jiàn)過(guò)的一些臨床常見(jiàn)疾病如:腦出血,腦栓塞,蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔出血,小腦出血,頭痛,急性脊髓炎,麻醉意外性腦癱,周?chē)悦姘c,冠心病心絞痛,急性心肌梗死,高血壓病,慢性腎炎,腎病綜合征,系膜增生性腎小球腎炎,尿毒癥,腎盂腎炎,慢性支氣管炎,肺氣腫,肺部感染,咯血查因,上消化道出血,酒精性肝硬化,脾腫大,消化性潰瘍,慢性胃炎,貧血,糖尿病,低血糖昏迷,急性淋巴細(xì)胞白血病, 在這些疾病中我初步學(xué)會(huì)了怎樣用藥,初步懂的了其臨床表現(xiàn),能夠基本掌握一般知識(shí)要領(lǐng).
實(shí)習(xí)了一段時(shí)間，我還學(xué)會(huì)了處理各種的人際關(guān)系�？剖依锩�，醫(yī)生和護(hù)士的關(guān)系，醫(yī)生和醫(yī)生之間的關(guān)系，醫(yī)生和病人及家屬的關(guān)系，下級(jí)醫(yī)生和上級(jí)醫(yī)生的關(guān)系。。。最大的體會(huì)就是低調(diào)——別把自己看得太了不起。‘三人行，必有我?guī)?rsquo;，上級(jí)醫(yī)生當(dāng)然不用說(shuō)，護(hù)士老師也相當(dāng)棒。今天又有一個(gè)閉式引流，我去給水封瓶裝生理鹽水。鉗子很不好使，那個(gè)金屬的蓋子怎么也打不開(kāi)，護(hù)士老師上來(lái)幾下就開(kāi)了，真是帥呆了;病人也非常值得尊敬，需要我們的'關(guān)心，大家互相尊重互相信任，才能戰(zhàn)勝我們共同的敵人——疾病。
光陰似箭，日月如梭，轉(zhuǎn)眼一年的時(shí)間就過(guò)去了，在理論學(xué)習(xí)后的臨床實(shí)踐我才剛剛起步，臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)還需要很大程度的積累，臨床技能還需要很大程度的加強(qiáng)。這段學(xué)習(xí)的日子，也開(kāi)始收獲臨床的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴，這些就是我第一次臨床實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)程中對(duì)自己學(xué)習(xí)的評(píng)價(jià)，也是我一生中的體會(huì)。
