英語,作為一門150分的科目,其重要性不言而喻。學(xué)不好,會(huì)嚴(yán)重拖你后腿;學(xué)好了,便成了你提高總分的一大助力。在這里,我想分享一些個(gè)人的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
首先,學(xué)英語一定要注重單詞的積累!独献印飞险f:“合抱之木,生于毫末;百丈之臺(tái),起于壘土;千里之行,始于足下。”同樣,英語的突破要基于單詞的積累。我們可以充分利用早讀課的時(shí)間大聲地背誦單詞,在腦海中留下初次印象,再通過做題不斷地鞏固,如果光靠讀,記不下單詞,還可以回到課本中記憶,結(jié)合語境,加深理解。對(duì)于練習(xí)、考試中常見常錯(cuò)的單詞,一定要做好積累,并時(shí)常回顧,從而在下次訓(xùn)練中有所提升。
其次,做好課前預(yù)習(xí),用好限時(shí)訓(xùn)練。學(xué)校強(qiáng)調(diào)“不預(yù)習(xí),不上課;不復(fù)習(xí),不作業(yè)!币虼,我們課前應(yīng)提早記憶一遍語言點(diǎn),對(duì)于不懂或者補(bǔ)充的語言點(diǎn),課上要做好記錄,訓(xùn)練時(shí),要認(rèn)真對(duì)待每一份卷子,尋找快速進(jìn)入狀態(tài)的方法。
對(duì)于基礎(chǔ)較為薄弱的同學(xué),我個(gè)人不太建議去刷類似45套的套題,因?yàn)樗鼈兊木C合度較高,對(duì)于底子薄的同學(xué),刷一套除去聽力和寫作的卷子,可能需要一個(gè)半小時(shí)甚至更多,不僅耗費(fèi)大量的時(shí)間,還影響了其余科目的學(xué)習(xí)安排。也許有的同學(xué)會(huì)把一套卷子分成幾部分完成,但可能你每次停下的時(shí)候,就是你進(jìn)入狀態(tài)的時(shí)候,這種分散式的訓(xùn)練,并不利于題感的培養(yǎng),這就降低了訓(xùn)練的效果,建議同學(xué)們跟著老師的節(jié)奏,每天進(jìn)行題型集中的訓(xùn)練。

i think my dad was a hero for me when i was a young child. we'd go fishing, walks, and other fun things for a kid.
every child has a good and great father, and so do i. my dad played a very important role in my daily life`````exactly speaking, in my past 16 years.
my father always stands in the center of my life,from past till now and possibly in the future.
my family was rather poor when i was in my childhood. we didn't have our own house and had to live in a shabby,small room rented from my father's factory. the room was so small that there was little space for people to walk. i didn't have my own bed and had to sleep with my parents. this is terrible both for my parents and me.
but father made this all different!he works very hard on his own business, now we have our own 2 housese,surly,i have my own room.and he take our family so much happiness, richer and richer.
when i was little, i did everything with my dad. you could always find me sitting on his knee or walking and doing everything with him. every night he would read me a bed time story and make the voices of each character.
i learnt a lot from my daddy. i learnt to never take things to seriously and to always smile.
like many other fathers, my dad and i also has generation gap. he is not good at or even can’t work the computer. so when i sitting at the computer desk,he will say something like ‘you should pay more attention to your study’, ‘don’t waste time on the computer games’ , ‘it will be bad for your eyes’ and so on. how can i- a computer fan – reduce time on computer? so i continue studying and playing on it
years pasted, my father is over 45 now. it is time for me to look after him and i am sure i will do and we will live an even better life. and i will say,i really love you dad,cause you are the hero in my mind.

Last week I went to Peking University and Tsinghua University where I was invited to deliver lectures on “l(fā)earning English with passion”. I found out that all those students have something in common; they all have determinations to learn English well . That's thevery reason why I gave lectures at more than ten most prestigious universities with an attempt to help students who want to conquer English within the shortest time.
That’s true, having a good command of English is vitally significant and profound. Here I would like to give all my friends and students some advice for the future learning in terms of the experience I got from being a teacher for many language training schools and being interpreter for government as well as embassies. Being an interpreter is by no means easy, which needs to have a good command of listening, understanding or decoding and speaking. As soon as I hear the original voice from the speaker, meanwhile, I will decode or understand it by dividing the content of the voice into different segments, and use my short-term memory and if possible ,note-taking, to deliver the interpretation in the process of consecutive or simultaneous cases. Now , I would like to tell you how to speak good English.
3-D methods (Dialogue, Discussion and Debate) to improve your eloquence
Dialogue
Having authentic and polished oral English is every learner’s dream, however, many of my students who spent a lot of years, money and efforts to speak this language well but failed to be able to communicate and speak out, the reason to which might be mainly confidence and methods. I notice that many students do well in speaking when conducting a prepared speech or presentation in class. But speaking English fluently is not just about making presentations and giving speeches. It is about expressing your ideas and insight on the most mundane of things around you. I still remember when I first landed on the soil of Beijing 5 years ago; I could not communicate with my friends and even felt uneasy when going out with them because I did not have the confidence to start a conversation with my Mandarin. It’s the same to the English learners who have no courage to start a topic and face an awkward silence after the initial greeting was given because they don't know what to talk about and are not confident of putting something across correctly, thus the conversation comes to end.
The ability to make dialogues is very important in social communication. Topics for casual conversation could include the weather, education, music, current affairs; hobbies, travel, etc. Do not always ask foreigner “what is your name and how is your job” when you want to find one to practice your English with. Before going to English Corner, please read up on your area of interest and try framing sentences expressing your opinions. Talk about it with someone close to you or someone’s English level is higher than yours, so you can check for your language accuracy and fluency.You’d better to grasp regularly used ways of small talk, and you will be able to initiate speaking more confidently. If you can break this barrier and speak out with passion and confidence, you can take your first step into the realm of English speaking and become a public speaker in the future.
Discussion and Debate
I always enlighten my students that your language ability and academic achievements are very imperative and important, but the most important of all, it’s your eloquence to communicate in the personal relationships. Elite may not have eloquence, but an eloquent person must be an elite. So the best way to drill your speaking abilities is to discuss and debate. When I was a junior, I always raised discussions with my classmate in my dorm, questions like “environmental protection, cohabitation, 20xx Olympics, postgraduate exams and so on. After everyone aired his opinions, then we conducted debate to argue, to express ideas to convince the other. And I gradually build up on my own repertoire of conversational topics and start using them whenever I get a chance; subsequently I have good command of English, and won a lot of awards in English speech contest and debate. Hence, it’s also effective for you, my beloved friends or students, to have a try to use your language to discuss and debate.
Other methods
Many students do want to improve their English by all means. It’s self-evident that all of us like taking down notes when we are listening to the lectures given by teachers at school. But it’s not a correct way to speak good language. Can you learn swimming by standing at the edge of the pool and taking down the words spoken by the coach? You have to take the plunge, right? I seldom took notes when I was given lessons, but I would memorize them with my mouth, my mind and my ears. There is just one case I will take notes when I am doing my job as an interpreter for the Beijing municipal government and embassy. I still remember when I was interpreting for the ambassador from the Philippines, at which moment she was delivering the speech about 10 minutes at the Great Wall international conference. Hadn’t I taken the notice from the speaker, I don’t think I would have interpreted for her and won the applause from the officials. It is the same with language. Unless you use the language everyday, you will never know how good you are at it. Ask your friends who are good at English to help. Try to speak it as much as possible, and let them interrupt you whenever you make mistakes and ask them to correct you. Do not feel embarrassed to make mistakes, for that is the only way you will learn. Enjoy losing face and enjoy making mistakes because that is the way how the process of acquiring fluency a language occurs. Everyone may have made a lot of mistakes before getting a good grasp of mother tongue. The only difference now is that you are conscious of the mistakes. So ,do not be afraid of making mistakes.
Attitude that counts the most
If you do want to learn something well, you are supposed to have confidence and passion. I love playing piano , basketball and learning as well as being a teacher, to which I devote my whole interest , confidence and passion no matter how many mistakes I will encounter, how helpless , how hopeless and how far away for me to reach my final goal. I will never stop fighting for the betterment and improvement of myself and to be an all-grounded person equipped with knowledge and clear mindset. And that is why I hope all of you can be confident and passionate for what you have done and what you will be doing.
Finally, I want to say to my students and English lovers. Try to be confident and passionate in the journey of study and life, all you need is a will to learn and the initiative to begin. That done, it is simply a matter of time and effort!

想學(xué)好英語,首先要培養(yǎng)對(duì)英語的興趣!芭d趣是最好的老師”。興趣是學(xué)習(xí)英語的巨大動(dòng)力,有了興趣,學(xué)習(xí)就會(huì)事半功倍。我們都有這樣的經(jīng)驗(yàn):喜歡的事,就容易堅(jiān)持下去;不喜歡的事情,是很難堅(jiān)持下去的。而興趣不是與生俱來的,需要培養(yǎng),有的同學(xué)說:“我一看到英語就頭疼,怎么能培養(yǎng)對(duì)英語的興趣呢?”還有的同學(xué)說;“英語單詞
我今天記了明天忘,我太笨了,我算沒治了!边@都是缺乏信心的表現(xiàn)。初學(xué)英語時(shí),沒有掌握正確的學(xué)習(xí)方法,沒有樹立必勝的信心,缺乏了克服困難的勇氣,喪失了上進(jìn)的動(dòng)力,稍遇失敗就會(huì)向挫折繳槍,向困難低頭。你就會(huì)感到英語是一門枯燥無味的學(xué)科,學(xué)了一段時(shí)間之后,學(xué)習(xí)積極性也逐漸降低,自然也就不會(huì)取得好成績。但是只要掌握正確的學(xué)習(xí)方法,就會(huì)有了學(xué)習(xí)英語的動(dòng)力和欲望。
以下是我在學(xué)習(xí)英語是經(jīng)常采用的學(xué)習(xí)方法,希望你們可以采納:
背英語單詞時(shí),我常常把一些記不住的英文單詞寫在便利貼上,貼在家里各處,鏡子、書架、門口、書桌上……在早晨洗臉?biāo)⒀赖臅r(shí)候就看看,盡量不浪費(fèi)一天當(dāng)中記憶里最好的時(shí)間;蛘呤前延⒄Z單詞寫在小本子上,上下學(xué)時(shí)可以邊走邊看,如果不想被車撞的話,就看一眼單詞,邊看路邊拼讀出來吧!在記憶的時(shí)候,要努力激勵(lì)自己一定可以背下來,并且規(guī)定好多長時(shí)間復(fù)習(xí)一次,在背詞匯表的時(shí)候,對(duì)于已掌握的,可以掠過去不看;對(duì)于那些生詞,可以采取以下策略。以四個(gè)為一組,對(duì)于連續(xù)的四個(gè)生詞反復(fù)多次進(jìn)行記憶,直到你在遮住右半邊只看英文的情況下能夠立即說出其對(duì)應(yīng)的中文含義。然后再背下面四個(gè)生詞。當(dāng)背了5組(20個(gè)詞)后,再從頭把這20個(gè)詞檢查一遍,對(duì)于那些記不住的
詞,再在紙上抄幾遍,以加強(qiáng)記憶。這樣才不會(huì)讓自己的詞匯量有所短缺。
如果你想補(bǔ)充一下你的課外詞匯量,就可以在做閱讀題的時(shí)候,遇到不認(rèn)識(shí)的單詞先做記號(hào),并猜測他們的意思,等到把全文看完后再從字典上把他們的意思找出來,具體的做法是找一本筆記本,把他的一頁從中間對(duì)折,然后從字典上把英漢意思抄上去,英語單詞或詞組抄在左邊,漢語意思抄在右邊,然后對(duì)所有的詞匯背三遍,先漢英對(duì)照背一邊,然后分別只看英文或漢語解釋背一遍。這種方法記憶的量大而且比較牢靠,只是需要十分刻苦的人才可以做到。
記得以前在李陽瘋狂英語那里學(xué)習(xí)的時(shí)候,就有李陽三最口腔肌肉訓(xùn)練法,記住什么是三最。三罪就是“最大聲、最清晰、最快速!蔽覀兛梢哉乙黄(jīng)典的短文或是一些句子進(jìn)行聯(lián)系。持之以恒,堅(jiān)持練習(xí),你的口語一定會(huì)取得很大的進(jìn)步。
還有一些同學(xué)是在英語聽力這方面比較弱,我個(gè)人認(rèn)為,語音是一門語言的基礎(chǔ),只有學(xué)好發(fā)音,正確的讀出來,才會(huì)聽得懂對(duì)方再說什么。專心聽懂一段英語對(duì)話比囫圇吞棗的聽了長篇文章的效果要好得多。我們記憶單詞平時(shí)是用眼看心記,雖然你是認(rèn)識(shí)了這個(gè)單詞,但很可能你還是聽不懂這個(gè)單詞,聽力練習(xí)時(shí)是用耳朵對(duì)單詞的再熟悉。英語聽力并不是聽的時(shí)間越長就越好,而是需要效率,時(shí)間太長只會(huì)
讓你覺得耳朵變得遲鈍,大腦反應(yīng)變慢。所以我們貴在精,而不在多,每天你可以只聽一個(gè)小時(shí),甚至半個(gè)小時(shí),但你一定要保證這半個(gè)小時(shí)你做的完全是有用功,而不是無效的僅僅是在于需要一個(gè)量的安慰。聽不懂是很自然的事情。提高聽力是需要時(shí)間的,也沒有什么捷徑可走。慢慢練習(xí),堅(jiān)持每天聽一定時(shí)間的英語,把自己融入英語的世界里,隨著時(shí)間的流逝,你會(huì)看到成績的。
身邊有好多同學(xué)對(duì)英語作文感到吃力。英語作文其實(shí)只需要掌握兩方面,一是詞匯,有充足的詞匯量不擔(dān)心寫到一半卡殼;二是語法,學(xué)會(huì)正確運(yùn)用語法很重要。詞匯和語法掌握好了,你還怕作文不給力么?另外還有個(gè)比較笨的方法,背范文。好用但是吃力、耗時(shí),我不喜歡。
每次考試之后,仔細(xì)看自己的試卷,哪里該錯(cuò),哪里不該錯(cuò),總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),下次絕不再犯。如果記性差或是要總結(jié)的比較多,最好拿本子記起來。不記得在哪看的,優(yōu)秀的人是不會(huì)在同一個(gè)地方摔倒兩次的
上課要認(rèn)真聽講,不走思或盡量少走思。不要自以為是,要虛心向老師學(xué)習(xí)。不要以為老師講得簡單而放棄聽講,如果真出現(xiàn)這種情況可以當(dāng)成是復(fù)習(xí)、鞏固。盡量與老師保持一致、同步,不能自搞一套,否則就等于是完全自學(xué)了。入門以后,有了一定的基礎(chǔ),則允許有自己一定的活動(dòng)空間,也就是說允許有一些自己的東西,學(xué)得越多,自己的東西越多 。
有緊迫感是促使你努力學(xué)習(xí)的方法之一。養(yǎng)成習(xí)慣,觀察你的競爭對(duì)手或班上成績好又刻苦學(xué)習(xí)的同學(xué)?吹剿麄?cè)谡n桌上奮筆疾書時(shí),你難道不會(huì)想學(xué)習(xí)么?每次我松懈下來的時(shí)候,都會(huì)想:你不是一個(gè)人在奮斗。其實(shí)學(xué)習(xí)就像攀巖比賽,如果你不努力,你下面的人就會(huì)爬上來,把你踩在腳底下。同樣的,爬得越高就越危險(xiǎn)。競爭就是這么殘酷,學(xué)生就是這么身不由己。
英語是一種語言,不是記住了單詞、詞組、句型和語法項(xiàng)目就是把它學(xué)好了,關(guān)鍵在于使用語言,所以在學(xué)習(xí)英語是一定要注意聽、說、讀、寫、譯全面發(fā)展、英語首先是一個(gè)記憶的過程,然后才是實(shí)踐的過程。學(xué)習(xí)英語,無論如何,勤奮是不可少的,他是一個(gè)日積月累的漸進(jìn)過程,是沒有任何捷徑可走的,也沒有所謂“速成”的靈丹妙方,急于求成不踏踏實(shí)實(shí)工作,是學(xué)不好英語的。任何成功的獲得都要靠自己的努力,要勤勤懇懇,兢兢業(yè)業(yè)、一步一個(gè)較硬的學(xué)習(xí),端正態(tài)度,認(rèn)真對(duì)待學(xué)習(xí)中的挫折和失敗,失敗并不可怕,可怕的是對(duì)自己喪失信心而一蹶不振。對(duì)考試的失敗,冷靜分析,認(rèn)真思考,只要對(duì)勝利充滿信心,善于總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),不斷努力、不斷追求、勝利一定是屬于你們的。

聽的方面,聽就是要學(xué)習(xí)人家的如何表達(dá),理解他人的意思,如何發(fā)音。我們知道現(xiàn)在中考,高考都逐漸加上了英語聽力,而聽力也占了一定的分?jǐn)?shù)。大家現(xiàn)在都有電視,甚至電腦,是吧?
很好,這是重要的資源,如果有時(shí)間的話,建議大家可以去花上一段時(shí)間去聽聽,即使聽不懂。你要相信時(shí)間的力量,時(shí)間積累夠了,你一定會(huì)取得進(jìn)步。我記得我上英語課的時(shí)候,每一次老師教我們單詞,我總會(huì)認(rèn)認(rèn)真真的看著老師的嘴巴,看她如何發(fā)音,可好奇了,有的時(shí)候并不會(huì),就在課本上注釋,有誰也這樣干?嘿嘿,現(xiàn)在我給大家一個(gè)建議把音標(biāo)學(xué)會(huì),自己就會(huì)發(fā)音了。
說完了聽的方面,再來談?wù)務(wù)f的方面。依然記得第一次見外教,看著別人與外教交流,可羨慕了,自己什么都不會(huì),F(xiàn)在我就可以與外教交流了,這也是時(shí)間的過程。當(dāng)然你會(huì)說,老師我們現(xiàn)在考試不考英語口語,那怎么辦?對(duì),這就是我在說這一部分要給大家強(qiáng)調(diào)的經(jīng)常讀課文,把課本上的文章反復(fù)閱讀,能夠達(dá)到如癡如醉的地步。提到這兒,我不得不再提一下我初中的時(shí)候,那時(shí)候有早自習(xí),每天早上我都會(huì)和同學(xué)一起把課本上的對(duì)話反復(fù)交換角色來朗讀,這也是說的一方面。后來只要是課本上的東西我都很能清晰地記住在腦海中。又一次老師講到了一句話,問大家在哪兒見過這句話,我就給說出在哪一個(gè)單元,那一課,呵呵,當(dāng)時(shí)大家可驚奇了。

“英語難,難于上青天”,“最令我們頭疼的就是學(xué)英語”平常交談中,我們常能聽到許多類似的感慨。學(xué)英語真的很難嗎?我認(rèn)為:英語學(xué)習(xí)并非難事,關(guān)鍵在于要用心去學(xué)。首先,要舍得投入精力和時(shí)間,要有恒心。許多人學(xué)習(xí)英語時(shí)想尋求捷徑,我認(rèn)為這也未嘗不可,但必須以堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)為前提。付出總與收獲成正比,持之以恒,英語水平就有了相應(yīng)的提高。其次,掌握一定的詞匯量。如果你目前沒有掌握一定的詞匯量,那么,你一定要學(xué)會(huì)如何掌握詞匯量的方法。英語學(xué)習(xí)中,單詞的記憶是困擾許多人的一個(gè)難題。記單詞的確不是一件容易的事情,但若方法得當(dāng),效果就會(huì)好得多。我認(rèn)為,大家倘能真正做到以下三點(diǎn),掌握的詞匯量一定會(huì)不斷增多:
1、調(diào)整情緒。有的人想學(xué),但卻“怕”字當(dāng)頭,這與科學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)方法相悖。心理學(xué)家認(rèn)為:“當(dāng)一個(gè)人感到極度興奮時(shí),學(xué)習(xí)的效果就極佳。它可使我們的思維變得敏捷、活躍,注意力集中。”所以在記憶單詞前應(yīng)首先調(diào)整好自己的情緒,使自己擁有一種學(xué)習(xí)單詞的熱情和牢記它們的決心,努力使自己處于學(xué)習(xí)的最佳狀態(tài)。
2、運(yùn)用記憶法記單詞,F(xiàn)在有許多記憶單詞的方法,如詞綴詞根記憶法、同義詞和近義詞記憶法,分割聯(lián)想記憶法,詞源記憶法等。我運(yùn)用最多的是結(jié)合記憶法和詞綴詞根記憶法。
3、鞏固和強(qiáng)化。單詞在初次學(xué)習(xí)后,應(yīng)及時(shí)地復(fù)習(xí)、鞏固,以免在短時(shí)間內(nèi)遺忘。還有一些方法比如收聽英語節(jié)目、看英文原版錄像都是效果不錯(cuò)的方法。即經(jīng)常有意識(shí)地用英語交流。英語考試中閱讀理解題所占考分大,耗時(shí)多,但如果平時(shí)能做到多讀,則有助于提高閱讀能力。閱讀要快讀,以提高閱讀速度,增加和擴(kuò)大英語感性認(rèn)識(shí)。
轉(zhuǎn)眼間,我已上崗一個(gè)學(xué)期了。在這短短的幾個(gè)月時(shí)光中,我深深的體會(huì)到了這份工作的純真與美好。作為“孩子王”,與孩子在一起的氛圍是任何現(xiàn)代裝飾手段都無法營造。望著那一張張?zhí)煺婵蓯鄣男δ,一切的煩惱與憂愁剎那間消退,生活的詩畫便在眼前飛揚(yáng),使心田燦爛,溫馨甜美……我覺得小學(xué)教師是一個(gè)純真和美好的職業(yè)。有人形容小學(xué)教師看起來永遠(yuǎn)都是那么的年輕和充滿朝氣。這種形容不無道理。當(dāng)你面對(duì)孩子們那雙清澈無比又充滿童真的眼睛時(shí),當(dāng)你聆聽著他們銀鈴般的笑聲時(shí),每個(gè)人都仿佛又重新回到了童年時(shí)光。這讓我更叫喜歡這個(gè)職業(yè),讓我覺得這份職業(yè)如此純真美好
可喜的是經(jīng)過半年的學(xué)習(xí)、積累、探索,我在英語教學(xué)上日趨成熟,逐漸收放自如,總結(jié)出了一套自己的教學(xué)方法,F(xiàn)簡單列出:
一、激發(fā)興趣,維持激-情。
“興趣是孩子們最好的老師。”使學(xué)生帶著濃厚的興趣去學(xué)習(xí),將會(huì)使教學(xué)工作取得事半功倍的效果,這是我教學(xué)中最深刻的體會(huì)。激發(fā)小學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣并不難。小學(xué)生初學(xué)英語,對(duì)英語充滿了好奇與向往,與中文迥然不同的語音語調(diào)使他們躍躍欲試,歐洲國家的風(fēng)土人情使他們眼界大開,再加上課堂上,我使用了大量的彩圖、實(shí)物、頭飾、音樂等作為教學(xué)工具,設(shè)計(jì)了豐富多采的教學(xué)游戲,讓學(xué)生在玩中學(xué),在學(xué)中玩,身心愉悅地上英語課,在不知不覺中就掌握了知識(shí),使英語成為他們最喜歡的科目。
但更重要的是將這一學(xué)習(xí)的激-情保持下去。學(xué)生到了四、五、六年級(jí),英語課便比較沒有新鮮感了,而且隨著內(nèi)容的加深,學(xué)生也漸感吃力。對(duì)高年級(jí)的學(xué)生,一方面我適當(dāng)改變教法,設(shè)計(jì)出更新穎有效的游戲活動(dòng)輔助學(xué)生理解、記憶,激發(fā)學(xué)習(xí)興趣,另一方面,也在嘗試新的激-情激發(fā)點(diǎn)。比如,在英語對(duì)話、競賽、表演中讓學(xué)生盡情、自由發(fā)揮,體驗(yàn)成功的喜悅與滿足;在課外舉行效仿歐美習(xí)俗的聚會(huì)等,讓學(xué)生有機(jī)會(huì)在濃厚的英語氛圍中學(xué)習(xí)英語,從而產(chǎn)生學(xué)英語、說英語的強(qiáng)烈愿望。
二、及時(shí)復(fù)習(xí),反復(fù)操練。
俗語有云:“一日不唱口生,一日不練手生。”因此,在英語教學(xué)中我要求學(xué)生必須對(duì)所學(xué)內(nèi)容倒背如流,脫口而出。因此,每一內(nèi)容傳授完畢后,我都要求學(xué)生及時(shí)背誦、記憶,確保每一學(xué)生在單詞、句子的聽、說、讀、寫過關(guān)。每天早上,學(xué)生必須將所學(xué)內(nèi)容讀至少一遍以上,隨時(shí)保持學(xué)習(xí)英語的最佳狀態(tài)。在每一堂英語課前,我都會(huì)用英語與學(xué)生自由交談。通過反復(fù)的操練,學(xué)生對(duì)知識(shí)自然能掌握得牢,用得活了。
三、嚴(yán)抓書寫,打牢基矗
學(xué)英語并非是一朝一夕的事,可謂“never too old to learn.”(活到老,學(xué)到老.)那么,基礎(chǔ)的重要性便不言而喻了。初學(xué)時(shí)如果在書寫上或是發(fā)音上有不良的習(xí)慣或錯(cuò)誤,在以后將很難糾正。因此,在小學(xué)英語教學(xué)中,我在書寫和發(fā)音上要求特別嚴(yán)格,哪怕是abc這樣簡單的字母。在書寫上,我要求學(xué)生先書空,再在練習(xí)本上寫,最后寫到作業(yè)本上。亂涂亂畫及不符合四線三格書寫規(guī)則的一律重寫至規(guī)范為止!澳サ恫徽`砍柴工”,做好了準(zhǔn)備,打牢了基礎(chǔ),既使教學(xué)活動(dòng)更順利、更規(guī)范化,也為學(xué)生將來學(xué)習(xí)英語鋪就一條平坦大道。
四、在英語教學(xué)中貫徹道德教育原則。
教師的職責(zé),古人概括為“傳道、授業(yè)、解惑”,把道德教育放到了首位。教書必先育人,英語科也不例外。在小學(xué)英語教材中,有許多禮貌用語,如:thank you! excuse me. sorry. after you.等;有教人拾金不昧的小故事;有發(fā)人深省的寓言;有宣揚(yáng)團(tuán)結(jié)互助的短文......我絕不放過這樣的教育機(jī)會(huì),除了句子、短文的閱讀、理解教學(xué)外,更讓學(xué)生去體會(huì)其中的精神。讓學(xué)生在課堂模仿操練之余,也延伸到日常生活中去,成為個(gè)人的一種情操。如今,學(xué)生已將thank you! sorry. that’s all right.等掛在嘴邊,文明有禮成了一種風(fēng)氣。
除了一般的道德教育外,我覺得英語還是最容易培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自信心的科目之一。剛開始學(xué)英語時(shí),一部分人只會(huì)吃吃地笑,還有一部分人說得好像蚊子在哼哼叫。在老師的鼓勵(lì)與誘導(dǎo)下,學(xué)生能夠開口說,到大聲說,不到半學(xué)期便能在大庭廣眾下賣弄自己的英語,這過程便是一個(gè)自信心的提升。我在課堂上極少批評(píng)打擊學(xué)生,我更愿我的學(xué)生在我的good! wounderful!等肯定聲中找到自我,從而信心百倍地去學(xué)下一句。

This year's four hundredth anniversary of the death of William Shakespeare is not just an opportunity to commemorate one of the greatest playwrights of all time. It is a moment to celebrate the extraordinary ongoing influence of a man who – to borrow from his own description of Julius Caesar – "doth bestride the narrow world like a Colossus."
Shakespeare's legacy is without parallel: his works translated into over 100 languages and studied by half the world's schoolchildren. As one of his contemporaries, Ben Jonson, said: "Shakespeare is not of an age, but for all time." He lives today in our language, our culture and society – and through his enduring influence on education.
Shakespeare played a critical role in shaping modern English and helping to make it the world's language. The first major dictionary compiled by Samuel Johnson drew on Shakespeare more than any other writer. Three thousand new words and phrases all first appeared in print in Shakespeare's plays. I remember from my own childhood how many of them are found for the first time in Henry V. Words like dishearten, divest, addiction, motionless, leapfrog – and phrases like "once more unto the breach", "band of brothers" and "heart of gold" – have all passed into our language today with no need to reference their original context. Shakespeare also pioneered innovative use of grammatical form and structure – including verse without rhymes, superlatives and the connecting of existing words to make new words, like bloodstained – while the pre-eminence of his plays also did much to standardise spelling and grammar.
But Shakespeare's influence is felt far beyond our language. His words, his plots and his characters continue to inspire much of our culture and wider society. Nelson Mandela, while a prisoner on Robben Island, cherished a quote from Julius Caesar which said "Cowards die many times before their death, the valiant never taste of death but once." While Kate Tempest's poem "My Shakespeare" captures the eternal presence of Shakespeare when she wrote that Shakespeare "…is in every lover who ever stood alone beneath a window…every jealous whispered word and every ghost that will not rest." Shakespeare's influence is everywhere, from Dickens and Goethe to Tchaikovsky, Verdi and Brahms; from West Side Story to the Hamlet-inspired title of Agatha Christie's "The Mousetrap" – the longest-running theatre production in London's West End today. While his original plays continue to entertain millions – from school halls across the world to the overnight queues as hundreds scrambled for last minute tickets to see Benedict Cumberbatch playing Hamlet at London's Barbican last year.
But perhaps one of the most exciting legacies of Shakespeare is his capacity to educate. As we see from the outreach work of the Royal Shakespeare Company and Shakespeare's Globe and the impact of pioneering British charities like the Shakespeare Schools Festival, studying and performing Shakespeare can help improve literacy, confidence and wider educational attainment.
Every day throughout 20x, Britain is inviting you to join us in celebrating the life and legacy of William Shakespeare. On 5 January, Twelfth Night, we launched "Shakespeare Lives" – an exciting global programme of activity and events to highlight his enduring influence and extend the use of Shakespeare as an educational resource to advance literacy around the world.
The programme will run in more than seventy countries, led by the British Council and the Great Britain campaign. You can share your favourite moment of Shakespeare on social media, watch never-before-seen performances on stage, film and online, visit exhibitions, take part in workshops and debates, and access new Shakespearean educational resources to get to grips with the English language.

開始時(shí)可跟錄音讀,保證發(fā)音正確。因?yàn)樵S多同學(xué)聽力差并不是因?yàn)檎莆盏恼Z言知識(shí)不夠,而是聽到的正確的語音與自己所說熟悉的不正確的讀音不能聯(lián)系起來,因此影響了理解。
3、閱讀訓(xùn)練:

我是分在五班,班里的同學(xué)一般英語都很強(qiáng);A(chǔ)英語課還行,視聽說說課曾讓我郁悶了很長時(shí)間,幾乎每次上聽說就很緊張。因?yàn)槲覀兏咧姓n上比較沉默,不愛發(fā)言,正好跟聽老師說課,然后我們就奮筆疾書。我的口語發(fā)音還行,就是感覺英式思維不是很敏捷,總擔(dān)心對(duì)話時(shí)答不上來,腦子一片空白怎么辦。班上很多同學(xué)課上表現(xiàn)非常積極,有時(shí)給我壓力很大。但是,壓力歸根結(jié)底還是要化為動(dòng)力嘛,大家還是要強(qiáng)迫自己積極舉手,不要怕在課堂上因?yàn)檎f錯(cuò)而丟臉,在學(xué)習(xí)面前是不需要面子一言的,更何況英語關(guān)系我們的前途啊,一定要在課上多說英語,并且不懂要不恥下問,這是最關(guān)鍵的。
口語方面只有多聯(lián)系對(duì)話才會(huì)提高。當(dāng)自己跟著老師說或者與同學(xué)用英語對(duì)話時(shí)間久了以后就會(huì)自然而然產(chǎn)生語感,這對(duì)你的基礎(chǔ)英語提升也是有很大幫助的。還有說道口語還有一點(diǎn),現(xiàn)在我們的新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)英語是配了MP3格式音頻文件,英語發(fā)音非常純正,因?yàn)榭谡Z跟寫完全不同,我們需要跟著正確的讀音進(jìn)行復(fù)制,而新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)英語的這套MP3材料給我們提供了一個(gè)很好的平臺(tái),我們一定要每天跟著標(biāo)準(zhǔn)語音進(jìn)行朗讀,像我就會(huì)在背課文前先聽1遍背誦段落之后熟悉了,再試著跟著MP3進(jìn)行復(fù)制其語音的朗讀,可能一開始跟不上他的口語速度,畢竟我們是中國人,發(fā)音與他們不同,所以我們可以在某些他讀重音或者停頓或者是快速連讀的地方做一些標(biāo)記,再進(jìn)行跟讀,這樣,多跟讀幾遍就會(huì)有顯著效果,雖然不能完全模仿,但是你會(huì)明顯體會(huì)到自己的口音開始改變,像標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的口語靠攏了。
俗話說,冰凍三尺非一日之寒,英語就很好的的印證了這句古話,只要我們勤加練習(xí),一個(gè)學(xué)期應(yīng)該就會(huì)有很大提高,政治上我們也說只有量的積累才有質(zhì)的飛躍嘛!再說背課文,之前我們多次跟讀對(duì)我們背課文也有很大幫助。當(dāng)我們朗誦完5~6遍文章之后,我們對(duì)課文內(nèi)容已經(jīng)能比較熟悉了,此時(shí)我們?nèi)∠露鷻C(jī),進(jìn)行一段一段地慢讀,顧名思義,就是慢速閱讀,因?yàn)橹翱谡Z速度過快,所以我們無法記住文章細(xì)節(jié),因此我們需要慢讀,放慢一些閱讀速度,讓我們大腦有充分記憶文章細(xì)節(jié)的反應(yīng)并且記憶的時(shí)間,注意一定要是一段一段的慢讀和背誦背誦,這樣能記憶牢固,不易忘。我這些大概就是我的英語學(xué)習(xí)情況了。
最后我再提一些對(duì)英語學(xué)習(xí)的建議:第二,單詞的積累。這是學(xué)習(xí)任何一門語言都是要做的基本功。因?yàn)橛⒄Z單詞的數(shù)量之多,掌握一定的方法和技巧來記單詞是十分必要的。第一,要有一本夠用的詞典。詞典是最好的老師。這里說的詞典不是電子詞典。了詞典還要學(xué)會(huì)用詞典和養(yǎng)成查詞典的習(xí)慣。第六,注重口語和聽力練習(xí),養(yǎng)成背誦和廣泛閱讀的習(xí)慣?谡Z和聽力是我們學(xué)習(xí)弱項(xiàng)。要解決它們,首先是要重視口語課和聽力課;其次是在課后進(jìn)行大量的口語和聽力練習(xí)。第四,預(yù)習(xí)和復(fù)習(xí)。學(xué)習(xí)好外語預(yù)習(xí)和復(fù)習(xí)一個(gè)都不能少。通常需要我們認(rèn)真預(yù)習(xí)的課程有精讀課,泛讀課,作文課?谡Z課也需要在上課前進(jìn)行充分的準(zhǔn)備。

or her smile impressed us. But people sometimes overlook the importance of smiling since it is so simple. 1、“凡事預(yù)則立,不預(yù)則廢”。預(yù)習(xí)是首要的環(huán)節(jié)。預(yù)習(xí)的目的在于對(duì)將要學(xué)習(xí)的知識(shí)有個(gè)總體的了解,以便上課時(shí)有目的的聽講,集中精力解決好新課的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。所以,學(xué)習(xí)新課前必須預(yù)習(xí)。預(yù)習(xí)時(shí)要逐詞逐句閱讀相關(guān)學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容,聯(lián)系以前所學(xué)過的相關(guān)知識(shí),深刻理解本節(jié)課知識(shí)的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn),畫出哪些地方不會(huì),并及時(shí)做好記錄,為下一節(jié)上課做好充分的思想基礎(chǔ)。良好的預(yù)習(xí)習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成,并不是一朝一夕的努力就行了,需要每天堅(jiān)持預(yù)習(xí)。同時(shí),在預(yù)習(xí)的時(shí)候應(yīng)做到看、做、思相結(jié)合,做到眼到、手到、心到,不能把預(yù)習(xí)當(dāng)作任務(wù)來完成,而要將它看作是學(xué)習(xí)新知識(shí)的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)來看待。
2、上課是學(xué)生掌握知識(shí)的主戰(zhàn)場。上課的時(shí)候,課前要準(zhǔn)備好所需用的課本、筆記本、作業(yè)本、工具書等,課上要認(rèn)真專注地聽老師的講解和同學(xué)們的發(fā)言,要積極和老師配合,隨時(shí)跟上老師的思路和節(jié)奏,積極回答老師提出的每一個(gè)問題,對(duì)分組討論的問題要積極踴妖,敢于發(fā)表自己的意見和見解。同時(shí),要養(yǎng)成一個(gè)善于記錄課堂筆記的`習(xí)慣,要記錄學(xué)習(xí)的要點(diǎn)、學(xué)習(xí)新得、以及老師對(duì)教材的補(bǔ)充和延伸,以便逐步加深和更正自己對(duì)新知識(shí)的理解,不斷提高自己的自學(xué)能力。

4、善于自我提問的習(xí)慣。從某種意義上講,學(xué)習(xí)的過程就是一個(gè)不斷提出問題并不斷解決問題的過程。善于提出問題,是自學(xué)能力強(qiáng)的標(biāo)志之一。5、“不恥下問”的習(xí)慣。有些同學(xué)有了問題,自己解決不了,又死要面子,不肯問人,這樣問題越積越多,學(xué)習(xí)就會(huì)陷入被動(dòng)局面。
6、利用工具書的習(xí)慣。要解決那些自己不能解決的問題,除了向老師、家長和同學(xué)請(qǐng)教外,還可以利用工具書求得解答。學(xué)生都要備有必要的工具書,特別是《新華字典》《英語詞典》。

①多讀
英語要學(xué)好,其實(shí)沒有什么寶典秘笈,重要的是多讀,光會(huì)做考試的巨人可不行,語言可是要學(xué)以致用的。在每天早晨,當(dāng)你第一眼看到透過窗簾射進(jìn)來的陽光時(shí),不要在賴床了,起床讀英語可是一件好事。早上地記憶力是最好的,讀讀英語課文,單詞,還有助于深化印象。光會(huì)寫單詞可不行,要會(huì)讀,看好音標(biāo),發(fā)音一定要準(zhǔn)確。這樣你學(xué)的英語才有用,語言時(shí)說出來的,可不是寫在卷子上的。
②多聽
說完了多讀,多聽也是一項(xiàng)不可缺少的項(xiàng)目。別真到了用上英語的時(shí)候,你自己侃侃而談之后,別人說什么你想聽天書一樣,那也是沒用,語言使用來交流的。
應(yīng)該多聽一些外國人說英語,開始的時(shí)候,能聽清幾個(gè)單詞算幾個(gè),如果你們的學(xué)校有外教,那就更好了,在口語課上一定要盡量仔細(xì)聽,這是提升你英語口語水平的好機(jī)會(huì),也要多和外教交流。想在看電視時(shí),加入看的是一部英國或美國電影,最好強(qiáng)迫自己不看字幕。盡量去聽其中的英語對(duì)話。另外,也可以試著聽一些英文歌。
、鄱嗫
多看一些英文讀物同樣是一個(gè)提升英語水平的好辦法。我在家里,母親常給我買《書蟲》以及其他的英文讀物。這可是考驗(yàn)?zāi)闫匠5脑~匯與短語積累的機(jī)會(huì),先閱讀一遍,又不會(huì)的地方先更具上下文猜測一下意思,實(shí)在不行就看注釋,那些生活常用的短語啊,單詞啊,句型啊,一定要多做積累。當(dāng)意思通順,單詞發(fā)音掌握后,就大聲的讀,訓(xùn)練自己流利的讀下來。有些電影都是中英雙字幕,可以在看電影時(shí),不讓自己看中文字幕,先看底下的英文字幕,能看出大概意思后就要和上面的中文字幕對(duì)照一下。英語也要靈活,這樣中英對(duì)照多了后,你會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn),其實(shí)往往你為一個(gè)單詞抓耳撓腮百思不得其解時(shí),其實(shí)可能另一個(gè)單詞換上后一切問題就都迎刃而解了,在英語中,一個(gè)單詞其實(shí)可以代表其他相近的意思。

很榮幸今天能站在這里跟大家交流一下英語學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。我的一些情況剛才主持人已經(jīng)說過了,就不再重復(fù)了。直接進(jìn)入正題吧,F(xiàn)在既然大家坐在這里,說明大家還是對(duì)大學(xué)階段的英語學(xué)習(xí)有一定規(guī)劃的,至少是有一些想法要提高自己的英語水平吧。我去年這個(gè)時(shí)候,基本上什么都不知道,對(duì)英語怎么繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)也比較茫然,不知道你們現(xiàn)在有沒有這個(gè)感覺,F(xiàn)在先說一些我在大一時(shí)的英語學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷吧。
我是分在三級(jí)班,班里的同學(xué)一般英語都很強(qiáng)。讀寫課還行,聽說課曾讓我郁悶了很長時(shí)間,幾乎每次上聽說就很緊張。因?yàn)槲艺n上比較沉默,不愛發(fā)言,正好跟聽說課的主旨相悖。我的口語發(fā)音還行,就是感覺英式思維不是很敏捷,總擔(dān)心對(duì)話時(shí)答不上來,腦子一片空白怎么辦。記得當(dāng)時(shí)對(duì)比挺明顯的,班上很多同學(xué)課上表現(xiàn)非常積極,給我壓力很大。但是,壓力歸根結(jié)底還是要化為動(dòng)力嘛。我就每天起很早,去操場晨讀。有句話叫笨鳥先飛,我基本上就是這種類型的,我把上課要討論的話題先自己說一遍,上課的時(shí)候就反應(yīng)比較快了。有一點(diǎn)好處,應(yīng)對(duì)老師突然點(diǎn)名很有效。不過有的人說這樣是不是有點(diǎn)假。但是我覺得,還是在于你怎么看這個(gè)問題。你花了時(shí)間,自己開動(dòng)了腦筋,鍛煉了自己的英式思維和邏輯思維,這個(gè)過程是在課堂還是課下,應(yīng)該沒有多大的區(qū)別吧,最重要的不還是你自己的speaking得到提高了嗎。 說到晨讀,我必須要告訴你們一個(gè)好消息,習(xí)慣晨讀的同學(xué)加了英協(xié)可算是找對(duì)組織了。每天都有集體晨讀還有權(quán)威人士領(lǐng)讀呢,這一點(diǎn)真的很好。大部分同學(xué)應(yīng)該跟我差不多,英語學(xué)了六年,幾乎不放假的話每天早晨都有至少半個(gè)小時(shí)的晨讀時(shí)間吧。你看現(xiàn)在,晨讀的人很少,大家也會(huì)慢慢的丟了這個(gè)對(duì)英語學(xué)習(xí)非常有益的好習(xí)慣,真的很可惜。我的英語基本上是讀出來的,我從來不去抄什么單詞,或者大量的做英語題,我就是讀。讀的過程中,培養(yǎng)語感是肯定的,還有單詞啊,在語境中記單詞我認(rèn)為是最好的方法。就這樣一直堅(jiān)持著,自己課下多下一點(diǎn)功夫,課上老師要求怎么做就很認(rèn)真的去做,也很好的利用了網(wǎng)上的學(xué)習(xí)資源。不知道你們現(xiàn)在英語課上過機(jī)了沒有。個(gè)人認(rèn)為視聽說教程的outside view, listening in還有unit test質(zhì)量是相當(dāng)高的。你們可以去聽課外的BBC,VOA,聽地道英語,但一定不要忽視了我們已經(jīng)有的學(xué)習(xí)資源,一定要好好利用。我雖然偶爾也會(huì)偷個(gè)懶,尤其是天冷了以后就不怎么晨讀了,但是英語學(xué)習(xí)也沒有忽視。這樣,我的大一上學(xué)期就在對(duì)聽說課的緊張和恐懼中度過了,不過期末考試包括口語考試成績還挺好。應(yīng)該是有一定收效吧。
下學(xué)期,開學(xué)不久有一個(gè)全國大學(xué)生英語競賽。先是初賽,沒怎么準(zhǔn)備,因?yàn)楫?dāng)時(shí)覺得這比賽那么大自己也就是試一試。沒想到獲了一等獎(jiǎng),咱這個(gè)校區(qū)是有12個(gè)人,可以參加復(fù)賽。復(fù)賽分口試和筆試。當(dāng)時(shí)看到口試我很無語,但既然已經(jīng)有了這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)怎么也得拼一下吧。我就每天早晨背四級(jí)口語考試題,穿插著再讀讀讀寫課的課文,記記單詞,一直堅(jiān)持到復(fù)試結(jié)束。復(fù)試之后獲得特等獎(jiǎng)。這個(gè)特等獎(jiǎng)對(duì)我來說挺
重要的。因?yàn)樵诰C合測評(píng)里面素質(zhì)發(fā)展分決定最終獲獎(jiǎng)名次。我去年雖然是學(xué)習(xí)成績第一,但是如果沒有這六分,國家獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金競爭就激烈多了。你看關(guān)鍵時(shí)刻英語還是相當(dāng)重要的。還有以后的考研、出國啊,都非常重要,再想遠(yuǎn)一點(diǎn),就是以后工作了,還是對(duì)英語有要求。所以現(xiàn)在不能把對(duì)英語的要求降低,沒有像高中一樣那么緊張的學(xué)習(xí),就嚴(yán)格要求自己,不要等到那些高中的底子用的差不多了不夠用了,才知道應(yīng)該早早地重視英語。有一個(gè)常被人提起的現(xiàn)象,就是大學(xué)英語水平還比不上高考之前。如果到了這個(gè)地步,就應(yīng)該好好反思反思了。
這個(gè)學(xué)期,我要考六級(jí)了,現(xiàn)在還沒有開始準(zhǔn)備,不過也得抓緊了。詞匯量需要擴(kuò)充不少。我剛在圖書館借了幾本六級(jí)的書,晨讀計(jì)劃估計(jì)又要開始了。

Three mirrors reflect the way I learn English After I came back from the “21st century-Ericsson cup”7th national English Speaking competition with the award of the “Most Promising Speaker”, people kept asking me the same question over and over again. “How did you learn English, especially as a Non-English major?” Actually I believe that a hundred people would have a hundred of ways to learn English well. However, I would like to share my personal experience of English learning with those who have the enthusiasm for improve their English. Since I have set up three mirrors in my prepared speech in hoping that they would guide our young generation on the way to globalization, I would like to maintain three mirrors here to reflect how I learned English.
The first mirror, I assume, should reflect a steady foundation. This involves my first few years of English learning, which I consider as the key factor of all my achievements in the years to follow. At that time I entered the middle school attached to Xi’an Jiaoton University, I could only say my ABCs while others in my class could at least communicate in simple English. All the tales about the frightfulness of learning English then popped up in my mind and made me feel scared. Fortunately my first English teacher was very experienced in enlightening her students on English learning. She was a kind woman with a charming smile. But her homework assignments were not easy task: They required us to read after the tape for 20 times and recite the whole text. So it was quite natural that most of my classmates only recited the short essay within a short time and then went to play. But my fear of not being able to say a single word, made me sit down and immerse myself in what the teacher had asked me to do.
