篇一：自我介紹應(yīng)該突出的三方面優(yōu)勢
大凡進(jìn)入面試，面試官最常問的問題就是：先來做下自我介紹吧!自我介紹因此成了一個(gè)面試的開胃菜。俗話說好的開始是成功的一半，又曰：第一印象最重要。當(dāng)你來到了面試官前面，如果能做好自己的自我介紹，那么將會(huì)是事半功倍，否則事倍功半。

首先要明確，自我介紹不是真的要做個(gè)自我介紹，讓對方了解你。事實(shí)上，HR并不想完全了解你，他也沒有時(shí)間，并且在聽你介紹前早已經(jīng)看過了你的簡歷。就是說自我介紹只是個(gè)讓HR了解你表達(dá)能力以及臨場應(yīng)變能力的手段而已。明白了這一點(diǎn)，我們就能夠有的放矢做好自我介紹。
看過很多關(guān)于自我介紹的所謂寶典，基本都是以怎么全面地介紹為重點(diǎn)呢。其實(shí)我覺得這很不利，就像一個(gè)人跟你介紹了很多東西但是沒有終點(diǎn)到頭來你什么都不記得了。比如說我在工行一面的時(shí)候一個(gè)上海理工的應(yīng)屆生背了面經(jīng)，自我介紹頭頭是道，但是基本集中在社會(huì)經(jīng)歷并且講了很多無關(guān)痛癢的話，這就變得非常的散，沒有重點(diǎn)。自我介紹也跟文章一樣，要有主心骨，要有層次和邏輯，讓聽的人又聽的欲望，這才對!
好了講了這么多，開始講我的自我介紹。首先，要對自己的情況了如指掌。比如說，我總結(jié)了我的幾個(gè)優(yōu)勢：1、英語好。2、專業(yè)是金融背景的。3、性格方面的優(yōu)勢(這一點(diǎn)大家基本都可以寫進(jìn)去，畢竟性格無優(yōu)劣，嘿嘿)。在分析了自己之后，可以定下我的自我介紹的主心骨，也就是層次。我的自我介紹因此就分為三部分：

2、突出我的金融專業(yè)的優(yōu)勢

那么怎么進(jìn)行一個(gè)自我介紹的開場白呢?首先，姓名是少不了了，我叫***，英文名也順帶一起報(bào)了，然后說我的學(xué)校和專業(yè)是什么。好了，基本信息就夠了，什么年齡等等啊簡歷上都有了，不用費(fèi)口舌。
下面第一句話，我用的是：“和其他應(yīng)聘者相比，我的競爭優(yōu)勢主要集中在三方面(或：我感覺自己和其他應(yīng)聘者相比有三大優(yōu)勢)，第一是我的英語優(yōu)勢。我比較喜歡英語，在大學(xué)期間我努力學(xué)習(xí)了英語，因此我在大學(xué)英語四六級(jí)考試中均獲得了優(yōu)秀的好成績;同時(shí)我也很重視實(shí)用性的英語，通過自己的不懈努力我通過了上海市英語中級(jí)口譯和高級(jí)口譯考試，獲得了資格證書，這兩張都是含金量高難度高的考試;同時(shí)利用課余時(shí)間我通過了法語四級(jí)考試。所以說，應(yīng)于是我的一大競爭優(yōu)勢�！�
