論鋼琴演奏中的放松

摘   要

放松是通過(guò)1定程度演奏技巧的訓(xùn)練，學(xué)會(huì)精神上和軀體上放松的1個(gè)過(guò)程，即練習(xí)如何按照自己的意志逐漸放松腰、背、肩、手臂、手腕、手指、從而獲得心理上的放松。在鋼琴演奏中，沒有絕對(duì)的緊張也沒有絕對(duì)的放松，應(yīng)該是松中有緊，緊中有松，恰如其分的表現(xiàn)它。演奏技巧和心理因素在鋼琴演奏過(guò)程中占舉足輕重的作用，是放松的主要途徑。放松是鋼琴演奏中的基礎(chǔ)和潤(rùn)滑劑。鋼琴演奏中所表現(xiàn)的剛強(qiáng)有力富有彈性、悲壯激昂而又堅(jiān)定沉穩(wěn)、活潑歡快而又嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)規(guī)范等等，都是要合理運(yùn)用放松才能被完善的。離開了它，琴聲變得暗淡失去光澤，影響音質(zhì)的發(fā)揮，阻礙學(xué)琴進(jìn)度，因此，我們?cè)诰毲俚倪^(guò)程中要堅(jiān)持不懈地注重對(duì)放松的體會(huì)與實(shí)踐，將放松的感覺演練成為習(xí)慣，相信在整個(gè)學(xué)琴過(guò)程中會(huì)受益匪淺。

ABSTRACT

changes darkly discussed tarnishes. Therefore, child in will practice the piano in the process
to want relentlessly to pay great attention to the loose experience and the practice the loose
feeling trains for the custom, believed will be able to profit the vulgar。
