　　Here are some artifice for you

　　1.分解法：將單詞分解為幾個(gè)平常熟知的簡(jiǎn)單單詞再結(jié)合中文釋義來(lái)記憶。

　　如：caprice n. 怪想法

　　【記法】分解為：cap(帽子)+rice(米)

　　【聯(lián)想】用帽子裝大米想法顯然就是個(gè)怪想法

　　【例句】This is a caprice. 這是一個(gè)怪想法。

　　writhe vi. 苦惱

　　【記法】分解為：write(寫)+h(好)

　　【聯(lián)想】老師布置的作文怎么才能寫好呢?真讓人苦惱

　　【例句】Students writhe under such great pressure.學(xué)生們因壓力過(guò)大而苦惱

　　2.諧音法：根據(jù)單詞的讀音諧音成中文來(lái)聯(lián)想

　　如：milling n. 研磨，制粉 [?m?l??]

　　【記法】諧音：米零

　　【聯(lián)想】使大米變成很小的顆粒，這個(gè)過(guò)程就是研磨和制粉的過(guò)程

　　【例句】We have just bought a milling machine.我們剛買了一臺(tái)研磨機(jī)。

　　curse n.詛咒，咒罵 [k?:s]

　　【記法】諧音：可死

　　【聯(lián)想】對(duì)某人說(shuō)“可死” 不就是詛咒嗎?

　　【例句】Curses like chickens come home to roost.詛咒別人，報(bào)應(yīng)自身;害人反害已。[諺]

　　不要說(shuō)會(huì)影響面試的缺點(diǎn)

　　For example, say if you're applying for an HR position and you say that you're not good with people, or if you're trying for a sales job and you say you are bad at negotiating. This doesn't mean that you have to make up a weakness, but it's just preferable for you to pick another weakness that isn't a deal breaker.

　　例如，申請(qǐng)人力資源的職位卻說(shuō)不善于與人相處，或者想做銷售卻說(shuō)不擅協(xié)商。不是讓你一定要編缺點(diǎn)，但是挑個(gè)不會(huì)影響面試的缺點(diǎn)會(huì)好一些。

　　Always talk about the steps you have taken to overcome your weakness. This is your chance to show the interviewer that although you have your flaws, you are proactive and resourceful enough to overcome them. In a way, your effort to conquer your weaknesses will be looked at as a strength.

　　you're putting immediate pressure on the interviewer to drop whatever she may be wrapping up and deal with you.

　　A secondary problem with showing up early is that it says, "Hi, I have absolutely nothing else going on in my life, so I'll just park it here in your company lobby." You don't want that. If you arrive super early, hang in the parking lot or a nearby coffee shop until just a few minutes before your scheduled time.

　　另外一個(gè)早到帶來(lái)的問(wèn)題就是，“你好，我的確沒(méi)有別的事情要忙了，所以我只好早點(diǎn)來(lái)貴公司準(zhǔn)備了。”你并不想這樣。如果你實(shí)在比預(yù)約的時(shí)間早很多，那么你就在附近的咖啡店閑逛一下直到面試時(shí)間前幾分鐘再過(guò)去吧。

　　滔滔不絕，沒(méi)完沒(méi)了

　　Even if you're interviewing for a role within the most free-wheeling,fun-loving organization, the fact remains that you are in an interview. Never, ever get wooed into believing that the casual nature of the environment frees you to enter the TMI zone.

　　即使你所面試的場(chǎng)地是一個(gè)完全無(wú)拘無(wú)束，樂(lè)趣無(wú)窮的機(jī)構(gòu)，但是你也得意識(shí)，你是在面試。所以，永遠(yuǎn)絕不要以為這種輕松的環(huán)境可以讓你盡情演說(shuō)。

　　Be friendly and conversational. Because you want this crew to feel that you'll fit in around the joint. Just never, and I mean do not ever, cross the line into TMI. When in doubt, leave it out.

　　when you bust out with an immediate litany of WIIFM (what's in it for me?) questions, you look both arrogant and, frankly, unappealing.

　　Of course you want to know what the benefits are, how much vacation you get, and if you get a cell phone, company car, and corner office. But in the early interview stages, all the hiring managers and HR people really care about is what you can do for them.

　　Making you happy will be important if they want you, but you're not even going to get to that stage if you make your list of demands clear too early.

　　◆Don’t put yourself down or cut yourself up.(不可妄自菲薄或自貶)
