引言： 職場(chǎng)如戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)，往往為爭(zhēng)奪一個(gè)仰慕已久的職位，有千里走單騎的斗志昂揚(yáng)，有奮發(fā)圖強(qiáng)的躊躇滿(mǎn)志，卻被萬(wàn)人爭(zhēng)個(gè)獨(dú)木橋的魚(yú)死網(wǎng)破擊碎夢(mèng)想。去外企工作更是如此。據(jù)幾位著名外企的HR經(jīng)理透露，中國(guó)職員在應(yīng)聘面試時(shí)，英文簡(jiǎn)歷雖然是他們進(jìn)入外企業(yè)的“敲門(mén)磚”，但是卻很少有人能夠在簡(jiǎn)歷里出奇制勝。總結(jié)了一下大致出現(xiàn)以下情況：
語(yǔ)句多為中國(guó)式英文，缺乏一定的語(yǔ)境。
拐彎抹角的說(shuō)法太多，不言簡(jiǎn)意賅。
職位和薪資待遇情況，表達(dá)不清楚。

1：為什么要用英文寫(xiě)簡(jiǎn)歷呢?主要是向招聘單位因?yàn)檎故灸愕挠⑽某潭�，而糟糕的英文只�?huì)給招聘單位留下不好的印象。這有一些需要注意的方面：
A、單詞大寫(xiě)
B、句子標(biāo)點(diǎn)
C、空間比例
D、語(yǔ)法時(shí)態(tài)
E、動(dòng)詞用法
F、單詞選擇
G、單詞拼寫(xiě)
如果你不了解以上說(shuō)法的意思，很可能你已經(jīng)在以上方面做錯(cuò)了!
2. 最簡(jiǎn)單的但是是最重要的一條是：不要依賴(lài)電腦翻譯，及任何從中文翻譯到英文的軟件。這種雜混在一起的英文是非常恐怖的，會(huì)讓你的簡(jiǎn)歷直接放到公司的碎紙機(jī)里。
3. 即使你是一位英文水平很高的'人，你也會(huì)不自覺(jué)的出錯(cuò)，畢竟你的母語(yǔ)不是英語(yǔ)。最好的辦法就是讓一位英語(yǔ)為母語(yǔ)的人士來(lái)幫助你修改簡(jiǎn)歷。由英語(yǔ)為母語(yǔ)的人士給你的簡(jiǎn)歷做個(gè)修改，你的簡(jiǎn)歷的譴詞造句會(huì)大有不同。
4. 在書(shū)寫(xiě)你的英文簡(jiǎn)歷時(shí)，請(qǐng)不要簡(jiǎn)單的翻譯你的中文版本;比如在中文中我們的書(shū)寫(xiě)習(xí)慣是：“2007/08-2008/06”，但在英語(yǔ)人士看起來(lái)就很突兀，符合英文習(xí)慣的寫(xiě)法是：“September 2008 – July 2008”.
5. 在申請(qǐng)工作時(shí)，請(qǐng)留心你選擇的英文名。如果你潛在的雇主是從英語(yǔ)國(guó)家而來(lái)，那這一點(diǎn)就尤其重要。不要選擇諸如“Bobo”, “Fifi”, “Lala”的名字，除非你想設(shè)計(jì)這樣卡通的形象。同樣也不要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造一些名字，如“Brinty” “Gindrom”—— 最好使用在英語(yǔ)中存在的名字。也不要選擇諸如“Mountain”“Pencil”“Apple”這在英語(yǔ)中聽(tīng)起來(lái)很傻。

8. 用英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作要考慮英語(yǔ)的文化。
在英語(yǔ)中直白的語(yǔ)言更能提供與人參考;你是否在你的簡(jiǎn)歷中有如下的描述呢?“I feel happy!”“I am the best! ”“I will surprise you!” “I had a good relationship with everyone and never received criticism!”以上的語(yǔ)言只能說(shuō)明你很愛(ài)你自己，而不能留下職業(yè)的印象。
諸如“good, nice, useful, interesting”這類(lèi)表達(dá)很弱的詞語(yǔ)是不需要出現(xiàn)在英語(yǔ)簡(jiǎn)歷中的。
