　　如何處理困難的問題

　　每個環(huán)節(jié)的游戲、活動和笑話，把我們注意力緊緊集中在培訓(xùn)師的課程上。每一個同事都開放、自由地討論。以溝通價值為例，學(xué)員積極討論每個人的價值觀不同，以至溝通方式也有不同。在正面語言的討論中，我們都在討論如何用積極的語言來演講，以及如何在日常工作中演講。

　　這是HR組織的一次非常好的培訓(xùn)。我們學(xué)習(xí)了如何溝通和演示的技巧，并在日常生活中使用這個非常有用的技能，提高溝通效率，為喜高創(chuàng)造更大的價值。

　　The Training of Communication & Presentation Skills

　　Training Time: 9:30am~5:30pm 19th May 2017

　　This is quite an impressive training with Trainer Andy. He demonstrated the ability to take a very complex subject of communication & presentation and break it down into some easy understandable steps such as:

　　The world's leading expert

　　Specific, confident & positive language

　　Elevator pitch

　　3P's (People, Purpose, Payoff) and the post-it method

　　How to structuring your message for influence

　　Communicate to their values

　　How to deal with difficult questions

　　In each session, there were some games,activities, jokes which engaged all the participants, and all participants discussed openly and freely every practice sessions. Take “Communicate to their value” as an example, the participants actively discussed different values and the value engagement amongst themselves. In the discussion of “Positive language”, everyone learned what positive language was and how to apply this technique in the daily work.

　　This is an extremely well organized training.We learned the skills of how to communicate and make presentation professionally. We will apply these very useful skills in our daily life to improve our communication effectiveness and presentation quality.
